The high concentration of salt spray on the island has caused serious corrosion to the buildings and electrical equipment on the island. Corrosion of metal materials will directly affect the mechanical properties of electrical equipment, reduce the bearing capacity of the frame, and seriously threaten the operation of power supply equipment and the safe and stable operation of the power grid.

       When the quality of the transformer shell material is not up to standard, different degrees of corrosion will occur within 3 years. The coastal climate environment with high humidity and high salt spray will aggravate the corrosion of the transformer shell, the corrosion of the equipment line screenshot, the expansion caused by oxidation or Shrinkage can cause poor contact at the joint location.

       The 3D wound core oil-immersed transformer of HAIHONG used by Miyako Island is made of stainless steel and equipped with a corrosion-resistant sealing rubber ring. After anti-rust technology, the product is safe, reliable, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, moisture-proof, pollution-resistant, and durable. Corrosion and weather resistance are strong, and it can withstand the test of salt damage offshore 5K, -5 ℃ ~ 40 ℃ harsh environment. The product was put into operation in 2020 and has been in good condition so far.
